Tushar Trivedi, aged 61 years, is the Non-executive Chairman and Independent Director of our Company. He holds a degree of Master of Science from the University of Mumbai, and a degree of Master of Administrative Management from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, University of Mumbai. He has more than 37 years of experience in the field of digital banking, transactional banking, relationship management, business process transformation, business solutions and industrial manufacturing. Prior to joining our Company, he has worked with Kotak Mahindra Bank Private Limited, and has served as the Vice President of Citibank N.A., U.A.E. He has been a Director on our Board since July 2, 2018. He is the Chairman of the Audit Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee and Member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company.

Sandipan Chattopadhyay, aged 52 years, is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of our Company. He holds a degree of Bachelor of Statistics (Honors) from the Indian Statistical Institute, Calcutta. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Aided Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata. As Managing Director of the Company he is responsible for the performance and supervision of technical, administrative and day-to-day operations of our Company, including but not limited to developing strategic plans, promotion of revenue, profitability and growth of our Company. He has more than 27 years of experience in the field of technology. Prior to joining our Company, he has served as the Chief Technical Officer at Just Dial Limited. He has been a Director on our Board since incorporation. He is the Member of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Company.

He is a Whole-time Director of Mihup Communications Private Limited and Nominee Director of Xperience India Private Limited.

Srinivas Koora, aged 50 years, is a Whole-Time Director and the Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He holds a degree of Bachelor of Commerce from the Osmania University. He also holds a degree of Master of Business Administration from Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded. As a Whole-time Director of the Company he is responsible for all aspects of finance, investor relations, fund raising, controlling, accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, financial systems implementation, and devising the strategy for our Company. He has more than 26 years of experience in the field of accounts and finance. Prior to joining our Company, he has served as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer at Just Dial Limited. He has been a Director on our Board since incorporation. He is the Member of the Audit Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Company.

He is a Director of Signal Analytics Private Limited.

Jaison Jose, aged 45 years, is a Whole-Time Director of our Company. He holds a degree of Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University. He also holds a degree of Master of Commerce (External) as well as a degree of Master of Marketing Management from Mumbai University. As a Whole-time Director of the Company he is responsible for the implementation of operational plans, operation strategies, budgets and forecasts at the corporate, regional and business unit level. He has more than 20 years of experience in the field of human resource services. Prior to joining our Company, he has been a founding member and Associate Partner of Quess Corp and has served as the Engagement Manager at Adecco Peopleone India. He has been a Director on our Board since March 9, 2017. He is the Member of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Company.

He is a Director of Signal Analytics Private Limited and Savio Hockey Foundation.

Pranjal Sharma, aged 55 years, received his economics degree from Delhi University and did post-graduate studies at the University of Westminster. He has spent more than 31 years in leadership positions in the media sector including CNBC and Bloomberg. He has been an advisor to government bodies private enterprises. As an author, he has published and edited several books. The latest one is 'India Automated: How the Fourth Industrial Revolution is Transforming India.' He served on the Global Agenda Council of the World Economic Forum for eight years and is currently a member of its expert network. He is the Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company.

Mrs. Vandana Badiany, aged 47 years, is a Non-Executive Independent Director at our company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and a Post Graduate Diploma in Operations Management and Supervision from Welingkar Institute of Management. With over 20 years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, and sales, she continues to drive innovation and success within these sectors. Before founding Shipdelight, she served as Senior Manager of E-commerce Operations at Rediff.com India Ltd. from 2008 to 2015 and as a Trust and Safety Specialist at eBay from 2004 to 2008.

She is a member of the Audit Committee and Chairperson of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the company.

Currently, she is also a Co-Founder and Director on the Board of Shipdelight Logistics Technologies Private Limited and a Director on the Board of Ultron Ventures Private Limited.

Madhu Poomalil serves as a strategic advisor with extensive experience in business development and market expansion. He provides valuable insights for strategic initiatives and helps drive organizational growth through innovative approaches.

Naushad Vali leads our technology initiatives with over 20 years of experience in software development and system architecture. He drives innovation and ensures our technology stack remains cutting-edge.
